This Site is operated by Oasis Medical, Inc., a California corporation, (“OASIS,” “we”, “us” or “our”). This Terms of Service sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to your visiting, access and use of the Site and the purchase of products through the Site (collectively, the “Service”). Any new features or tools which are added to the Site shall also be subject to this Terms of Service. OASIS offers the Service, including all information and the services provided through the Site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions in this Terms of Service. Our Privacy Commitment
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the policies and practices of Oasis Medical, Inc. (sometimes referred to as “Oasis,” “us,” “we” or “our”) relating to the information we collect when you visit this website, use the MY OASIS platform, open an account, purchase our products or services, contact customer service or participate in surveys (collectively, “Services”).
Types of Information We Collect
Personal information means information that can be used to identify and contact you. You do not need to submit personal information to access certain areas of the Site; however, to make a purchase, create an account, receive customer or technical support, or to access certain functions of the Site, you will need to disclose certain personal information to us, such as your name, email address, telephone/fax number, postal address, and credit/debit card or other payment information (“Personal Information”). While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us. What security measures do we take to safeguard your personal information?

Do Not Track Notice

Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own discretion and subject to the third-party’s terms and practices. Children’s Privacy

If you opt out, you may not be able to receive the information you requested, and the Company may not be able to inform you of new developments, products, and services. Under California law, California residents may request from us certain information concerning the types of Personal Information that we may have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
