This Site is operated by Oasis Medical, Inc., a California corporation, (“OASIS,” “we”, “us” or “our”). This Terms of Service sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to your visiting, access and use of the Site and the purchase of products through the Site (collectively, the “Service”). Any new features or tools which are added to the Site shall also be subject to this Terms of Service. OASIS offers the Service, including all information and the services provided through the Site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions in this Terms of Service. (sometimes referred to as “Oasis,” “us,” “we” or “our”) relating to the information we collect when you visit this website, use the MY OASIS platform, open an account, purchase our products or services, contact customer service or participate in surveys (collectively, “Services”).
Types of Information We Collect
Personal information means information that can be used to identify and contact you. You do not need to submit personal information to access certain areas of the Site; however, to make a purchase, create an account, receive customer or technical support, or to access certain functions of the Site, you will need to disclose certain personal information to us, such as your name, email address, telephone/fax number, postal address, and credit/debit card or other payment information (“Personal Information”). What security measures do we take to safeguard your personal information?

Unopened items returned for credit must be accompanied by an RMA (return material authorization) and the reason for the return.
Merchandise that will not be accepted:
- ‘Special Order’ or ‘Custom Products’
- Merchandise not in standard OASIS packaging
- Discontinued products
Allowance Schedule for acceptable returns:
Saleable merchandise returned in factory condition within 60 days: Full Credit
Saleable merchandise returned in factory condition within 60 to 90 days: Cost less 40%
Saleable merchandise returned in factory 90 days to 1 year: Cost less 60%
Merchandise returned one year after invoice date: No Credit
Merchandise unsuitable for resale: No Credit
Merchandise defective at time of receipt by customer: Full Credit

Consumer / Customer Returns Policy

Return Policy: If your product has already shipped please continue with the following steps. Unopened items returned for credit must be accompanied by an RGA (return goods authorization number) and the reason for the return. To get an RGA please call our customer service at 1-844-820-8940.
